Age Verification Process
It is our duty as responsible retailers to check the age of every customer as the items we sell are age restricted to 18+. We aim not to trouble you while we do the background checks but from time to time we might just have to request extra information from you. We may require you to provide a copy of any photo ID (passport, driving licence, etc).
It is very important to provide all the information correctly during the checkout process, by not doing so this will delay your order. The information provided is for us to do a quicker age verification. This information is never shared and is only used for the purpose of checking your age.
If we request proof of age at any time during the transaction and you then decide to cancel your order we may still request it for a quicker refund. If you deny sending the age verification you will still get your refund but it might just take a little longer as we will have to check and make sure it wasn´t a fraudulent transaction. FOR MORE INFO PLEASE CONTACT SALES ON email@example.com.
